Please make sure to have an established account number prior to placing an order.
For proper order processing, have the style number ready, metal color and any other details required to ship the stock pieces.
For special orders, please have all the finishing details and modification specifications available along with stone dimensions.
Stock items are available in 14K white and yellow gold are available for most styles. All items ordered are invoiced and expected to be paid within the terms extended. We reserve the right to issue memo on live goods.
Special order items can be made available in 10K, 18K, Platinum, Palladium and Sterling Silver.
All styles shown in the catalog can be ordered as a casting also without the stones.
Stock size for ladies rings is 6.5, and for men's rings is 9. Sizing is possible on all rings; please refer to the sizing variance information for each ring.
Multiple orders may be grouped for shipping but may be shipped separately and will incur additional charge.
Special orders cannot be canceled or returned under any circumstances.
All stock orders with no modifications or changes are shipped within 24 hours via. UPS ground service or second day air unless instructed otherwise.
Overnight shipping is available via. UPS, FedEx and US mail. Additional charges apply for special services.
Overnight shipping may not be available in certain areas and it will be the responsibility of the customer to be informed about such anomalies.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on the memo goods.
Please use proper packaging and guidelines for return shipping of high value items. Avoid using any words or names and description which may indicate valuables.
Stock items which have not been altered, modified or used can be returned for a full credit to the account within 5 days of receiving the goods. Return authorization is required.
Stock items to be returned after 5 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Only merchandise credit will be given for 80% of the cost of the piece to be returned.
Special and custom made orders CANNOT be returned under any circumstances.
Return authorization is required for all returns. Accepting returns is a privilege extended and is at the sole discretion of Reko Enterprises, Inc.
All returns must be properly packaged and goods should be secured to avoid being damaged during transit.
Acceptance of the return is not guaranteed when a Return Authorization is provided. Upon receiving the package, the goods will be thoroughly examined and credit will only be issued once it meets the criteria established for that particular return.
Once the return authorization is given, the goods should be received within 5 business days from the date if RA issued. RA will be deemed void after such time and the package may be refused.
The RA # should be placed on the box and should be visible next to the address label. A copy of the invoice or a memo should accompany the items returned. Please get adequate insurance for the packages shipped to Reko Enterprises, Inc.

Stock items which don’t require modification are shipped within 24 hours, and can be canceled prior to being shipped.
Special orders and stock items which need modification and are in process cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Customers are expected to accept delivery and make payment for these items.
Delays due to unusual circumstances which are beyond the control and outside the scope of human intervention cannot be construed as grounds for canceling the order.
A completed credit application along with the Tax Exempt form must be submitted to initiate the order processing and to set up an account.
Credit application must be completed in full, signed and dated. It takes 2-3 weeks to process the credit application.
Once the credit application is successfully processed, a letter indicating the terms established is mailed out. This letter should be kept for future reference.
Credit limit is subject to review and can be changed based on the frequency of transactions, payment pattern and customer disposition.
Goods will not be shipped and orders will not be processed for PAST DUE and delinquent accounts. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain the account in current status at all times.
A statement of account activity is mailed out at the end of each month.
