Q : Office hours?
A : We are open from 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via fax or online.
 



Q : Can you make me a ring based on a picture I have?
A : Yes. You can either fax or email the picture to us and we will then give you a pricing estimate before proceeding.
 



Q : Can I send you my customer's stones for you to set into one of your mountings?
A : Yes. However, you need to call us for an OR number which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package containing your stones.
 



Q : Is there any extra charge for sizing or polishing your mountings?
A : Yes. There is an additional charge for both sizing and polishing.
 



Q : What is the turnaround time for an order?
A : Turnaround time varies according to the item and/or service requested. Please note that the following service times are estimated. · Ordering a raw casting: Approximately 2 days. · Polish, no stones: Approximately 3 days. · Finish, with stones: 3 to 5 days. · New models: 7 to 12 days.
 



Q : Why was my order or return REFUSED?
A : YOU MUST CALL US to receive an order or return authorization number before sending it back. The order or return authorization number must be clearly written on the OUTER BOX. Any package that is received without a valid order or return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package WILL BE REFUSED. Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted.
