Since 1985, Sam Mulani, C.E.O of Reko Enterprises, Inc., has been involved with various aspects of the jewelry trade which include manufacturing, wholesale and retail.
Today, the jewelry business has been radically transformed as a result of the introduction of computer technology which is being used in various ways in the business.
REKO has always been able to stay ahead of the curve by determining the needs of the independent jewelers with primary emphasis on quality and cost control which has maintained the price advantage which is then passed onto its buyers.
Our showroom and office are located in the Jewelers Building with immediate access to refiners, casters, polishers, setters, and designers. This access allows us to get most our custom work and special orders processed in a minimal amount of time with low overhead cost.
Although the finished products carried in stock for immediate delivery are manufactured overseas, REKO also maintains the ability to create the same types of products locally.
We do not charge for custom work or changes to the base model designs which other manufacturers do and this helps us to keep our selling price low.
REKO continues to market its trademarked READY SET GO Collection of semi-mounts for earrings, rings and pendants. In the years ahead, the emphasis will be to continue to expand the collection of all the stone shapes including the popular sizes to keep in line with evolving trends.
REKO is expanding its marketing efforts through a network of sales representatives as well as trade show participation nationwide. Web based marketing with a structured website will form the nucleus of REKO’s growth in the years ahead.
